Length of Assignment: 6 months initial assignment, potential for conversion to FTE.

Position Overview
The Treasury Team is seeking an energetic, collaborative Sr. Project Manager to provide business and treasury support to the global payments and central treasury function. Key responsibilities include managing treasury/procure to pay related projects (e.g. banking implementation, Coupa invoicing/Coupa pay implementation/planning, etc.).Critical skills for success include solution-orientation and a proactive approach to responsibilities. Experience using financial/data analysis and modeling skills in an advisory role are necessary in building strong relationships with key partners, including the leadership of the teams as well as the program teams and their leadership teams.Core Responsibilities:
- Global Payments Project Implementation Management: Oversee the end-to-end project implementation of Coupa Invoicing & Coupa Pay, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery, adherence to project scope, and effective resource management.
- Strategic Planning & Roadmap Development: Partner with the Deputy Director of Global Treasury & Payment Solutions to develop and manage a comprehensive program roadmap for end-to-end cash (includes procure to pay).
- Change Management & Communication Design: Lead the change management process to ensure smooth adoption of Coupa, including designing and executing a fully integrated communication plan around T&E policy, updates.
- Tracking Progress and Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to monitor the progress of the implementation, and regularly report on these metrics to stakeholders and leaders, ensuring transparency and enabling timely adjustments.
- Global Payments Work Realignment: Lead the organization, planning, and implementation of the global payments work realignment, working with leaders to ensure clear role definitions, smooth transitions, and minimal disruptions to ongoing operations, while preparing for and incorporating Coupa Invoicing/Coupa Pay.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5-7 years of experience
