Job Description: NOTE: This is a hybrid position requiring 2-days a week in office.PurposeThis position is a telephonic inbound/outbound sales role that is responsible for generating revenue and/or profit margin in small to large-sized accounts. Limited field activity may occur, but only on an infrequent basis. Responsible for learning sales techniques and reporting daily or weekly activity to Inside Sales Team Leader. May also participate on key account sales teams and provide ongoing service and support in named accounts.Duties and responsibilitiesGenerate qualified leads, via telemarketing and email, and effectively transition to the sales teamFollow up on marketing qualified leads and conduct research to set meetings for the sales teamParticipate in calling campaigns to target account/prospects from pre-defined listsIdentify key buying influencers within accounts to determine budget and timelineBuild and cultivate relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications to move leads through the sales funnelDevelop and maintain detailed client records using CRM software, Salesforce.comSet customer appointments for sales reps via OutlookPresent and demonstrate product in an effective manner via webcastProvide regular communication and updates on relevant deals with manager and members of the sales teamSupport sales efforts at trade shows and other meetingsNavigate and communicate throughout a hospital organization from department level contacts to C level leadershipMaintain a working knowledge of the products through release training and engagement in showcases as neededMeet target Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for calls and emailsSupport company objectives and achieve goals successfullyProvide feedback to management on market and product issuesParticipate in quarterly and annual sales meetingsAttend and successfully complete regularly scheduled training sessionsMaintain awareness of P1S quality statement, follow P1S quality manual and comply with all required procedures within the quality system.Maintain awareness of and comply with all policies and procedures necessary to market a safe and effective regulated medical deviceJob QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experienceExperience: 1+ years prior telemarketing, customer service, or sales experience.
