They value integrity, professionalism, and continuous improvement in their services and team.Overview of the Role:As Captain/PIC, you will be the cornerstone of safe and efficient FAR Part 91 operations for assigned flights. You’ll have the responsibility of ensuring compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations and the company’s Flight Operations Manual. Your role will be pivotal in guaranteeing not only the safety and efficiency of operations but also in delivering a Legendary Customer Service experience for all passengers, fostering strong client relationships.Responsibilities:
- Spearhead operations as the Pilot in Command (PIC) to ensure superior productivity and teamwork.
- Oversee aircraft maintenance and associated programs, including insurance renewals and annual inspections.
- Conduct comprehensive pre and post-flight inspections to uphold safety and service standards.
- Regularly report flight details and aircraft-related updates to the Principal and their agent.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to principals, passengers, and guests.
- Coordinate passenger logistics, including transfers, refueling, customs, and catering.
- Maintain the aircraft interior, ensuring cleanliness and availability of in-flight amenities.
- Prepare and file flight plans, considering altitude, terrain, and weather.
- Adhere strictly to Federal Aviation Regulations, Company Procedures, and safety policies.
- Maintain pilot currency and efficiency for assigned aircraft, demonstrating professionalism.
- Champion the company’s values in alignment with its Vision, Values, and Mission.
- Execute additional duties as assigned with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3,000 flight hours.
- Current FAA First or Second-Class Medical Certificate.
- Prior experience flying Challenger 605.
- Preferred experience with Hawker 800.
- Experience flying King Air.
- Accumulate 2,000 hours as PIC.
- Strong command of FAA rules and regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with negotiable communication skills.
- Ability to nurture and maintain effective client relationships.
- Oriented towards exceptional customer service.
- Proficient in basic computer operations.
- Detail-oriented mindset essential.
