As the Aesthetics Finance Business Lead they will work on the consolidation of SkinCeuticals and SkinBetter Science, aligning universal definitions of Aesthetic KPIs, analyze the business based on segmentation and work on the alignment of end to end customer experience providing insight on financial impact and scalability to grow overall profit. As the Medical Finance Lead, they will be responsible for evaluating division Medical strategies and priorities, performing in-depth spend analysis, and working with the global division on the Medi-Booster Tool and other Medical initiatives to ensure that the US perspective and requirements are taken into consideration when determining the overall global medical strategy.Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Aesthetics Lead, Aesthetics Business Strategy, Aesthetics Integration Lead, and the SkinCeuticals and SkinBetter Science Brand Controllers
  • Work on the creation and calculation of Aesthetics KPIs and ROIs to guide management in making investment and business decisions
  • Create Aesthetics reporting including but not limited to consolidated P&L’s, Business Planning, Sales Productivity, Segmentation and ad hoc analyses
  • Support the CPP process for IT integration aesthetics projects
  • Partner with Medical team leads, Brand Controllers and Brand General Managers to understand division Medical strategies and priorities
  • Manage the implementation of the new Medical Booster Tool being launched by the Group
  • Validate the medical team’s VIVA system analytics to understand medical detailer performance and impact on business
  • Assist with creation and calculation of Medical KPIs and ROIs to guide management in making investment and business decisions
  • Complete ad hoc Medical analysis as needed for senior management

Skills

  • Must have expert-level experience with Excel & Financial systems
  • Effective as a self-starter; willing to work outside the confines of defined job responsibilities to make greater impact
  • Must be a proactive team player with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, deadline driven work environment
